Component lead forming is also a key step in manual welding. The shape of the lead is fixed when the component is purchased, but this shape generally cannot meet the welding needs. The component lead needs to be processed before welding, that is, the component lead forming This step.
■ Several points need to pay attention to the formation of component leads:
1) Leads of all components can not be bent from the root, because this operation is easy to break the lead of the component, generally there should be a space of 1.5 ~ 2mm at the root of the component. The lead bending requirements are shown in Figure 1.

a) Normal lead formation b) Lead formation with fusion c) Requirements for lead bending
2) The bending angle of the lead wire is preferably not a right angle, and it should have a certain arc, and the arc size is 1 to 2 times the diameter of the lead.
3) In order to facilitate the debugging and maintenance of components, it is best to place the side of the component with characters on a position where it is easy to observe.
